Today we are living in unprecedented times.    Now more than ever we must work together to find meaningful solutions.   I am proud to announce my candidacy for Atlanta City Council Post 3 - At Large - Citywide.  As a 3-term former state lawmaker, serving in the Georgia House of Representatives has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.  I was given the tremendous opportunity to work closely with over 234 of the best minds in Georgia.   Working in tandem taught me invaluable lessons that have both stretched and contributed to my personal and professional growth.  Therefore, it is my belief my faith and work under the Golden Dome, have uniquely prepared me to successfully navigate the role and responsibility of serving on the Atlanta City Council.

For safety precautions, I am encouraging everyone to vote in the upcoming General Election on November 2nd by mail via absentee ballot to comply with social distancing.   Please return your absentee request form as soon as possible.  I also want to personally thank all healthcare workers, first responders, educators and essential workers on the front lines.  We are grateful for your service and sacrifice to our state and nation.   May God Bless you and cover you during these challenging times.
